Description: Golden yellow color with slight green shades. The aroma is pleasant, varietal aroma reminiscent of elder flower, green peppers with some flavor of tomato leaves. Medium-bodied wine with harmonious fruit flavors and warm aftertaste.

Food and wine pairing: Sauvignon is excellent companion of various fish dishes, tomato sauces and risotto with spring herbs. Wine is also a good combination with cheeses, such as goat or slight mature cow cheese.
